In 2003, the company ROTEXO was founded as a software house specializing in combustion and reactive (reacting) flows. In May 2004, ROTEXO was transferred into its current corporate form of ROTEXO GmbH & Co. KG.

 

ROTEXO's main product COSILAB evolved over more than 25 years from its academic origin at the universities of Aachen, Princeton, Heidelberg and Cambridge into today’s powerful commercial-quality software suite, providing full-spectrum engineering simulation solutions for fluid flow with chemical reactions. Today ROTEXO is a leading developer of commercial software for the physical-chemical accurate simulation and optimization of emissions, reactions and reactive flows in furnaces, combustors, engines and chemical reactors.
